What everyone asks.

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. The card is saved in Google Wallet (Android) or Apple Wallet (iPhone). To join, they just scan the QR code or tap their phone on the NFC stand.

How do I add a stamp or validate a membership?

From the dashboard, with your phone’s camera: scan the pass and tap “add”, “redeem” or “validate”. Their phone updates instantly.

How many notifications can I send?

Free includes 1 campaign per month, Starter 4 and Pro 12, plus automations. There’s no “unlimited”: Google allows up to 3 notifications per pass per day, and sending too many makes people delete the card.

What happens when the 14-day trial ends?

If you don’t pick a plan, you move to Free and your cards and customers stay. No credit card required to try it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no commitment: from the dashboard or with the cancellation button at the bottom of this page, without logging in.
